Should a hospital stick its head
in the sand when an employee, who is in charge
of keeping their patients safe, has sex at the
hospital ??? This is a very important question
that the board of directors should ask
themselves. Do they want to be associated with a
hospital like Southern New Hampshire Medical
Center. Board of directors are suppose to be
"stand up" members of the community.
People who understand right and wrong. People
who believe integrity counts.
Should Patrick McCoy remain employed at this
hospital?
What would you do ? |

| Sexual
harassment can come in several forms. One such form
comes from physical actions such as neck or shoulder
massages. This is how Patrick McCoy would subtly get
his hands on a fellow female employee. Its late at
night, they have been working hard. Be weary of these
actions. We hope Southern NH Medical Center (snhmc)
has informed the The Equal Opportunity Employment
Commission about Mr. McCoy and his tactics. This
clearly falls in line with the EEOCs definition of
Sexual Harassment. In our next blog we will talk about
the sometimes less obvious forms of sexual harassment.
Until then, all SNHMC nurses should be on guard from
the hospitals security guard. |
